1. Scope. These terms apply to orders in the shoopong.com online shop.

2. Contract. Shop listings are non-binding. A contract is formed upon successful Stripe payment and order confirmation.

3. Prices & shipping. Prices in EUR include statutory VAT. Shipping is shown at checkout. Delivery subject to availability.

4. Withdrawal. Consumers may have a right of withdrawal under distance-selling law, unless an exception applies.

5. Warranty. Statutory defect rights apply.
